The XRY (youth) Is another frame with the young shooter and the Single six in mind!

The XRYs inner trigger geometry is based on the XR3 which of course was much further forward than the XR3 RED!

The XRY is however a half inch further forward than the standard XR3, as to shorten the distance from the palm to the trigger for shorter fingers.

It is the same length of the XR3 however making it very comfy to shoot for normal size hands as well!
